Eat Right School Auditing aims at creating awareness about food safety, nutrition & hygiene
among school children, and through them among the community at large. Children are powerful
change agents. Messages delivered to, and through children, have the potential to usher in
behavioral change and a culture of safe and wholesome food. Since, food habits are developed
early in life, adequate coverage of food and nutrition both in curriculum and extracurricular
activities at the school level is essential.
With a customer base exceeding 1000, Food Safety Services has made a substantial impact on
the region’s food safety landscape. We take pride in our role as educators, having trained over 2
lakh students in the intricacies of food safety and hygiene. Moreover, we have reached beyond
the student population, with 10,000+ principals and teachers benefiting from specialized training
in these critical areas. As part of our commitment to community outreach, Food Safety Services
conducted the “Eat Right” initiative under the Eat Right Schools program, reaching out to more
than 10,000 students. This initiative aimed to instil healthy eating habits and promote nutrition
awareness among the younger generation. Furthermore, our Nutrition Health and Wellness
Initiative witnessed the successful completion of over 10 lakh health checkups for school
students. One of our notable achievements is the training of 1940+ School Health and Wellness
Ambassadors. These ambassadors play a crucial role in disseminating knowledge about health
and wellness practices within their respective educational institutions.
