POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training focuses on creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment. It educates employees, employers, and stakeholders about recognizing, preventing, and addressing sexual harassment in organizations, including corporate offices, educational institutions, food business establishments, healthcare setups, NGOs, manufacturing units, and community-level platforms such as Anganwadi centers, in compliance with legal requirements.
These training programs are designed for a wide range of participants, including employees, management teams, HR professionals, Internal Committee (IC) members, frontline workers like Anganwadi Sevikas and Madatnis, and other stakeholders who play a key role in maintaining safe environments across workplaces and communities.
With more than 50,000 participants trained through POSH programs, these initiatives have helped organizations and institutions strengthen awareness, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of dignity, respect, and accountability across diverse sectors.
